Receive an appraisal in six easy steps:
1. Submit a request under Order Appraisal. You can also start by clicking the Get a Fee Quote button first.
2. Preliminary Search: Once we receive your request, we’ll research the property and respond with the fee and turn-around time.
3. Service Agreement: receive and sign digital agreement. (If you prefer pen and paper, don’t worry—we’ll bring the paperwork to you).
4. Payment: Fees are collected at the inspection (unless otherwise agreed upon).
5. Home Inspection: generally 30-40 minutes start to finish.
6. Report is Delivered! A detailed report will be written up and you’ll receive a PDF copy via email. It’s that simple.
